Returns Policy
Eligibility: Due to the nature of each item there is strictly no returns or refunds given unless goods arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact me within 24hrs of receiving the goods with damage or fault details, please forward any photos of the damage to box/shade, along with a detailed description. I will pay for the return postage and will fix the problem and send it back to you as good as new!

In the case of it not being possible to fix, a refund will be offered including return postage.
Cancelations: If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order please get in touch with me within 12 hours of placing your order, after this period your order will be posted and no refund will be given.
PLEASE NOTE: I am a small 'one woman' business. I create, make, sell, pack & post all my own items. I love the old fashioned one to one approach with my customers as I feel it gives the sale more of a personal touch.
I will always endeavour to respond to any queries as quickly as I possibly can and correct any problems.
Please do bear in mind - I am not a big corporate company! Which is hopefully why you bought from me in the first place! ;) xx
